About shipping

Postage

If the purchase price is 22,000 yen (tax included) or more, no necessary charges other than the product price will be incurred. If the purchase price is less than 22,000 yen (tax included), a shipping fee will be charged.


Product delivery time

  • Regular products (necklaces, bracelets, etc.):
    About 1 week from ordering
  • Items with fixed size / engraved:
    About 4 weeks from ordering

Delivery may take some time depending on the busy season and product availability. In particular, please note that large orders may take up to one month to be delivered.


Cancellation / Return / Replacement

Cancel

(1)If the customer wishes to cancel

As a general rule, you cannot cancel an order that we have received.

*Please note that we cannot accept orders even before shipping.


(2)In case of cancellation by our company

We may cancel orders from customers who often cancel due to long-term absence, or who often return due to refusal of receipt.


Return and exchange

(1) In case of customers' personal preferences

In principle, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for an order that we have officially accepted.


(2) In case of defective products, stains, damage / excess or shortage of products or different products arrive

We accept returns in the following cases;

  1. When damage or defective product arrives
    We accept returns only for damaged or defective items within 3 days after the item arrives. We will bear the shipping fee for returning the product.
  2. For size or color change
    Returns are accepted only within 3 days after the item arrives. The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges or additional transfer fees when returning the product.

In the following cases, we cannot accept returns for defective products, stains, damage, size / color exchange;

  • Product that has been used once
  • Difference in image of product photos
    (Please note that the product photos may look different from the actual product depending on the device you are using.)
  • If the customer is responsible for scratches, dirt damage, etc.
  • If you return the product without contacting us in advance
  • Products with fixed size or engraved
  • In case of customers' personal preferences
    (example. metal allergy, size does not fit, etc.)

Return method

To prevent accidents, please use a courier with a delivery record to send the product to the address below;
(Please make sure that you save the shipping slips.)

When returning, please send us the product with the following things;

  • Products (please put them in a case to protect)
  • Instruction manual
  • Note that be specified your name, telephone number, adress and desired repair details.

Also, please be sure to contact us using the inquiry form when returning the product.


Notes

The product is a patented original product, but it is very delicate as jewelry. Please be careful when handling it, as it is extremely vulnerable to excessive impact, pulling, bending, high temperature and chemicals.

Furthermore, regarding damage repair, we will judge the condition of the product and if it is possible, we will repair it for a fee. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and transfer fees incurred at that time.


Refund

About refund of product price

The refund method depends on the payment method used the customer purchase.


(1) Credit card

The refund processing date at our company will be the date on which your credit card company cancels the bill./ p>

Therefore, in the case of processing over the deadline of the credit card company, please contact your credit card company directly.


(2) cash on delivery (only in Japan) / convenience store prepaid (only in Japan) / PayPal

We will transfer the money to the account in the name of the orderer.

*If the payment method is cash on delivery or convenience store prepaid (both are only for delivery in Japan), please contact us with the bank information as below;

  • Branch name *If you use Japan Post Bank, please inform us the store number

Note of refund

Shipping fee, return shipping fee and transfer fee will be borne by the customer, and the deducted amount will be refunded.

In case of defective product or incorrect delivery, we will bear the cost.


Cooling off

"Cooling off" is a system that applies to door-to-door sales in Japan. Cooling-off is not required for mail order.

Because the jewelry boutique is a mail order for customers to access, the cooling-off system does not apply.
